Demi Moore reportedly meets with divorce attorney

Have things gone a step further in the Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher possible break up saga? According to the U.K.'s Daily Mail, Demi allegedly consulted with a divorce attorney over the weekend.

The Daily Mail claims an "entertainment industry insider" says, "Miss Demi Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce. The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets. She is worth about £97 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered."

The trust, or lack thereof, that the paper is referring to is over rumors that Ashton has cheated on her with 23 year old Sara Leal, when he and Demi should have been celebrating their  6 years anniversary.

The source adds, "She desperately wanted to save their marriage. But the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to reject because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying."

The couple, married in September 2005 was recently seen at a Kabbalah service together and both were wearing their wedding rings for what it's worth.

And just in case anyone is wondering what £97 million is in the United States, it is roughly $150 million.
